I never measured it, but it was a good size. In lots of areas it would be a trophy size fish.

You have never had Walleye , it is a great eating fish, it is a very mild tasting and is a white flaky meat, mmmm. I would say it is one of the favourites of most people in Ontario. A lot of American fisherman make fishing trips up to Canada just for the Walleye.

Wayne, do you know if there is Walleye fishing in the Maritimes? I've never heard of anyone around here going Walleye fishing......I guess that's why I have never had it.

I don't think there is Shane, I know you can catch them in Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and also in some Northern US States.
