Pissed

Today during lunch, I was on the road where the service centre of Yorkville Infiniti resides..

They are not only parking their cars everywhere.. (on the streets..) but one of the glass cutting guy sent a rock to my passenger door and left a paint chip on there...

I was so freaking pissed... got off the car and wanted to get info of that glass cutting guy to sue its ***..

He is lucky enough that I was on my way to something urgent...
But damn, what is the odd of this ??? I am not going back to Yorkville again..

I have requested for a few clips a few weeks back, and they still haven't get back to me (they promised to call me...). What kind of customer service is this?

You can try this Touchup123.com stuff. I found out about it on Autopia. It does an ok job to touch up rock chips etc. The major benefit with their touch up paint system is that if you mess up you can always wipe it off with their compound and re-apply. The trick I found was that you need to let their touch up paint cure longer then the few seconds that they recommend before trying to wipe off the excess paint.
