Hey Mikester, mesh inserts look great. Know of a company that has that look for the front grille with an Infiniti emblem?(like the ones you see on Unique Whips)

Nice looking ride, Silverstone and Black are my two favourite colours for these cars.

Hey, question for everyone. I am going to be placing a bulk order from DI soon and wanted to know if people want mfs? They have two that are very good; the general purpose ($3.99) and the ultra plush ($5.99), I should be able to get them for a buck or so off those prices (each). I'm ordering a ton for myself but if anyone wants any let me know.

What are the dimensions of the towels and are they any better than the ones I usually get at Crappy Tire?

Nevermind, DUH! I read your earlier post that has the link. It looks like they are 16" x 16" and hopefully are better quality than Crappy Tire.

Put me down for a pack of 10 Ultra-plush!

Depends on the shine you want. I pretty recommend locally available ones for most folks. Megs Insane Shine is a nice one, lasts awhile and is easy to use. Armor All Extreme is decent too, but doesn't last. For more matte go with 303 aerospace, same stuff you use on your trim.

If you do order online it's a whole different story. Zaino Z16 and Hi temp grape are my favs, last *forever*, which I like.

I'll put in the orders for mf's sometime this week guys.

FWIW, the new mf's they carry as are good as pakshaks, only downside is they have tags but that's no biggy. I like them both equally; the ultra plush are good for wax buffing, the general are nice for little things like qd'ing, etc.

re: the mf's, I think what I am going to do is just order a butt-load then if folks want some they can let me know. I will just use whatever you guys don't want. I need to re-stock anyway.

Hey Kevin.... you know you're signiture picture does not link to your website. I think you need to add the .com to the end of the url.

I like that mesh Mikester!

Infiniti G35 4 doors sedan
Finally i got on the computer and want to say what an excellent day it was.. to meet everyone, to learn so much about the detailing magic. Thanks Kevin for sharing all those tricks with us, it's clear: car detailing is a real piece of art and can be properly done only by a professional or at least supervised by one.
I like all the pics you posted, except the one with the draw winner. What an awkward ..... on it. Definitely that pic should not be there as it ruins a nice flow of images of the beautiful cars...
But it is really amazing how our Gs help us to get together... without their mediation we would not probably be able to meet each other... and thanks everybody for your congrats on my draw win. It was awesome!!!
