Rotor Rust ring

Wondering if there is a product I can buy locally to prevent rotor oxidation. I upgraded to Racing Brake rotors and Hawk pads, however the front pads do not completely clean the rotor oxidation that forms after each rain or washing. The photo tells the whole story. Is there anything I can use to 1)clean the area after this appears or 2)coat that area to prevent oxidation from forming at all.

Oil is good but some nice bearing grease really holds up well. That and you can color match your calipurs.

Last weekend I painted my calipers black with Dupli-Color paint I got from Crappy Tire, see link http://www.canadiantire.ca/browse/pr...romSearch=true. I also cleaned the rust ring to remove as much as I could and painted that area black as well. So far looks great and an easy fix.
