Was already to change mine this weekend but saw the forecast. Toronto is supposed to be +12-+14 deg all week. So I will enjoy one last week before changing over to winters.

Our winter generally starts a little later and I rarely make a switch before Dec. 1

Good luck with an easy winter and next week with the forecast.

If you don't have metric (21mm), then 13/16" will fit nicely too.
As Wayne says, don't overtighten the lugnuts......it's easily done and can be bad for rotors etc.
I also torque mine to 80 ft.lbs.

I just finished changing mine to winters tonight.
You never know with Toronto's weather. I've seen a lot of cars with their winters on already.

Question - if your tires do not have the tire pressure monitors, will the warning light in the car go on? I got my winters tires/rims when I bought my car, and this is the first time I put them on. I don't know if they have the TPM or not, but I took the car for a spin, and the light did not come on.

I think that's what I used at the track this summer. It took .0001 seconds off my time.

Anyone want to lend me a 80ft-lb torque wrench? I found my old one and its useless on things like these, upto 20 ft-lb for engine bolts.

MidnightBlue: The TPM will come on after 60km of driving and will remain on until the TPM senses the pressure monitors. Just check the tire pressures once every 2 weeks. Its too bad that TPM isn't intelligent enought to tell you which tire is under pressure instead of sensing a under pressure condition.

WOW... that much, I wonder what 85.39 plus a couple of Turbo stickers would do?

Only a 3 hour tour?? Will there be snowstorms in site and with torrential freezing rain? If Ginger is going to be there, forget the wrench.... I am in it for the long haul

Yeah I am waiting for crappy tire to have their torque wrench to go on sale or go to whitby and get it from Princess Auto (The other man's Temple. )

LOL My dad had a bunch of old 8tracks in a junk box at his house. Do you suppose if I wired them correctly I could get the norm expected 10hp gain from that?

Mine blew off the last timeI was at the track.

LOL, I'm on my second bottle of wine.
