I think that Princess Auto has a flat, grooved rubber covered saddle for about $10 or so.

Floor jack saddle from PA



A set of 4 wheels will fit in a coupe -remove the spare tire and fold down the rear seats

Thanks Patrick for the pic. I will get one the next time I need to do the change. So now I have my winters on and a sigh of relief and plenty of left shoulder pain pulling the nuts off the car (bike injury). Good thing I have some of those pain killers from the hospital lying around for just such an emergency.
