I got 8/10 as well.
I thought it's okay to turn left at a red light from 2 One Way streets, as long as you come to a complete stop, and it's safe to proceed.
And re pedestrians, an article that a Traffic Cop used to write for the newspaper stated that it was illegal for a vehicle to stop in the middle of a street (non pedestrian crossing or intersection) for a pedestrian. I remember because the comment was striking as he said that it encourages illegal behavior (jaywalking) on the part of the pedestrian, and creates an unsafe situation for the other drivers on the road.
