Welcome to the BMW family.

How did the dealer treat you? When I ordered my M5, BMW Canada sent me a model of the car and when I picked up the car the dealer gave me a limited edition framed print, an "M" shirt, an "M" chrome license plate frame and a carbon fibre "M" keychain. I felt like I had won the lotto the way they treated me. Hope your experience was a good one.

Thanks bro....
I was treated great by the dealer.... best buying experience ever.
No goodies like you, but they tossed in a voucher for the accessories dept.

This car is an absolute blast.

LOL... Ahh I see now, ...."welcome to the M club"

She looks like a beauty...
I drove the M3 in BMW driver training; I think that's what spoiled me for anything else.

I always thought the G could perform like an M, and that was my whole goal as I was building up a sedan. Well, it never even came close. I was searching for a brand new ZCP Alpine White coupe, but I started my search when all of the coupes were already gone. Ended up settling for something totally different and getting a convertible. I'm removing the soft top and the 250lb motor assembly and replacing it with a 70lb hardtop as the first mod.

Can't wait to see what you do with yours!!!

Interesting approach.... Very creative weight reduction

Mods will be pretty tame this time arround.
That was one of the reasons for going with the M instead of the E92.

The E92 is just screaming to be modded.
I figured by the time I drop a boat load into an E92... I might just as well get the M.

Good thinking...and you can also enjoy the additional sex appeal, 2 seater and handling and braking advantage.

Weird. I thought if I got the E92 335i mods would be cheap. ECU/exhaust would give acceleration I wanted, all that would be left to touch is suspension/brakes/wheels. The e46 M3 requires much more. Even though it is my favorite car out of the box, there are so many little things you can do to make it PERFECT.
