That's the dealership. I'm dealing with a guy named Karim. Nice dude.
And one extra thing I like about this dealership, it seems like they really want your business. From the service manager, to the advisor, to the sales guys, they all seem to want you to step into another Infiniti, and keep telling you "hey, what about an 07?" or "check out what's happening with the 08 coupes".

I just really like companies that want to do business.
It is good to know that something is changing at Willowdale but having only one positive feedback is that possible to make a conclusion about the whole thing? ...hope that this was not a lucky chance and it's related to the whole service departmentt rather that a single person...

I would agree with your statement. However, I'd like to let everyone know that we've visited the service department of Willowdale about 6 other times this year: 2 oil changes, body work (my wife's anniversary gift to me this year, was to fix all the dented panels/scratches she put on my car!), head unit fix, some issues with the speakers, window motor fix, and brake job.... and the service has been pretty good. Then again, we've always dealt with this Karim guy, so maybe its just one person. My god, my car's been in a lot. damn....

Well, for now, I'm just going to enjoy headache free service. hahahaha. Cross my fingers!

I will second that comment about Francis. I spoke with him in a couple of occassions and he seems professional. I am trying to locate a Coupe with specific specs and he calls me from time to time about ones that come off lease or returned even though it is not the color I want. Nice guy. I like to be kept posted

Glad to know that link91 has had extreamely good service from them as well.
