Ripped off by dealer! (almost)
I've found a real drop in quality of service since I moved from Ken Shaw Lexus to Dixie Infiniti. Its really night and day on everything from reception staff and facilities to the attitude of the service manager. Since I have a 2006 I haven't had a lot of work, but the one minor "rattle" in my dash "somewhere" has never been fixed after 3 visits and a promised call when the Infiniti rep from head office was in the dealership never materialized even though they promised to do it three seperate times...

I've had the same issue with dealers trying to pull a quick one. I had a burnt out fog and when I took her in for service at guelph they charged me 40 bucks to replace it. Not even thinking I just walked away but then went through my warranty to find out that it was covered, everything is untill 100,000km. I emailed the service manager and she also did say it may have been human error, give me a break.
