I'm gonna explode

I'm coming home (here) for a while lest I explode dealing with some of the stupid sh*t on other forums.
How is that the internet can change normal, friendly, intelligent people into something much different? I really don't know.

On a happier note, my foot is feeling much better today. I visited the doc and he sent me for X-Rays (no results yet) and changed my meds to Arthrotec which looks much more favourable than the Celebrex I was taking.
Since blood tests ruled out Gout in the foot, the thinking now is that I have a stress fracture from all the walking the kids and I do. (did- ).

Time will heel he says..........and a good pair of cushioned shoes....

Thanks for listening. I thought I should explain that it's not the foot making me go off the deep end....

Colin.

This forum is always a good place to retreat to.

I hope things cheer up for ya Colin, especially with the foot. I am sure the kids miss the walks!

Glad you're making headway with the foot Colin. The world of forums
can be crule. Safe harbours are few and far between. Luckily we have one here .

Hope your foot is better soon and the nonsense elsewhere settles down some soon for you. No need for any explanation but thanks for that.

Thanks also for reminding us of the nice home we have here. It sure is a friendly, helpful warm place to kick back in.

Like others have already stated, there is NO place like the CDN forum. It's like a big friendly family here.

Glad to hear your foot is feeling better today Colin. I know it's been painful the last while, and I hope that is all behind you now.

Hope your foot heals really soon - I'm sure the kids are chomping at the bit! As for the Internet, remember that you are among friends here.

I have just the thing for you! Nobody will notice.

Nothing worse than foot pain, except maybe back pain.
Hope you feel better.
