Hey Ian, just take it cool and relax with the stash you found.

Troy, aptly put with the 3 categories you mentioned. I guess all of us G / Z guys are in that 4th category, right?

as I'm sure you can tell, I just got home from driving out of downtown. And I'm glad I take my frustration out on my keyboard and not on the road, like some others I witnessed today.

You nailed it. I wish this forum had a rep system.

Shane, no worries. You've got some good rubber on the G now. You'll make it to the hospital or Wayne can talk you through it all.

We'll probably have a few more dumps between now and April.

No sense in the QX sitting there depreciating most of the time.

The drive was 5 min faster than normal.

Glad I waited... there was nobody on the road!

That's great you made it home safe and sound.

Power lines are down all over our area, my power just came back on and one of the main highways is closed due to the power lines down along the highway. We have all our lanterns and candles ready in case it goes off again.
It figures my wife is on call all night and she has to work out of town tomorrow.

Wow, from 15 minutes to more than 3 hours??? Mines was a bit better...went from normally 45 minutes to 3 hours.

I just saw on the news that some people actually abandoned their cars in the middle of the road because they ran out of gas. Ironically, the only good thing about all this was I could pull into a gas station without having to wait.

Time to admire a X ....
Took me 2hr 45 mins to go home on a 1 hr drive...

Yet the worst part was: I was drifting down the banked road on DVP southbound right below the spanbridge. Glad that the people behind me notice that and stopped... I was basically facing the guardrail and moving horizontally with VDC off (with it on, I can't do anything but to see my car sliding down the banked road once I let go the brakes) - in an attempt to keep my car from sliding down to the bottom of the banked road and move out of the icy area..... Mind you that I have dedicated snow tires on.

There were more than 5 accidents in a short 10kms stretch of the DVP that I passed.

Thank God that I came home safe.
