TPMS flashes and stays lit

I do not have the TPMS sensors in my winter setup.

The tire shop mounted the rims and tires for me, then I took it to the dealer to install the winter boots on day before pick up.

The TPMS flashes when i turn the car on and then stays lit. The dealer says that it is fine cause the TPMS sensors are not in the winter boots. I read on this forum that this is normal, but i want to take it a step further and ensure that the tires are of the correct PSI.

For those in the GTA in this balmy COLD WEATHER

What PSI are u running on your winter setup?

I got 225/55/17's All Around.

Thanks

Toyo Garit HT's 215/55-17 with 30psi. No TPMS, no lights, no buzzers.
