My $0.02 - if your paint guy has done award-winning work for you in the past, he probably knows what he's talking about regarding the DG and burgundy two-tone.

I personally think it would look great, but I agree with the other Drivers that you should photoshop it and eyeball it for yourself. The other thing to think about is two-tone is not everyone's cup of meat (as evidenced by the split feedback) so you may have a hard time selling the car when the time comes to move up or move on.
