Brad, I also think it's a wise move going with the 35% since it eliminates hassle and worries with the law and it is a bit safer to see out of when it gets dark.

so is there enough people to get the discount or what? anybody getting the windshield done? how does it look with the dot matrix thing on the back?

 

Those that got their tint done at Audio Heaven, are the tints done with one piece or multiple pieces for each glass surface. I believe FX uses single pieces for each window, including the rear windshield.

 

I would like to nominate Jeff at Audio Heaven as the best tinter! I was in and out of the shop as scheduled 5-7pm. I love the fact that he was open late so I didn't have to miss work to do the tinting. Also, they took GREAT care of my G.

The tints do not interfer with my radio as some had suggested.

I almost caved in and went with 20% in the back but in the end, I stuck with 35% all around and I am VERY happy I did. They are definitely dark enough at that %.

The picture below was taken in my underground parking so the lighting sucks (the flash makes the tint look darker than it is). I'm going to post some better pics (taken outside) tomorrow but I wanted to get these up ASAP.

Well, all my so called mods are now done. I'm not into the major mods so here's all I did:

1. Tinting 35% all around at Audio Heaven (HIGHLY recommend them!)
2. NEW/used 18" upgraded OEM RIMS/tires
3. Replaced/installed Clear corners
4. Reapplied missing badging ("G35")

Even with these minimal so called mods I think my G looks TOTALLY different!

Yes Sir Brad your car looks great. The G35 looks sweet right out of the box and any additional mod is a bonus. I think you have done a nice job with your car .

I also have 35% as many of us do, and I'm very happy with it.

well i just came from Audio Heaven and got the 20% tints all around. It looks very nice and Jeff was a nice guy to deal with and very professional....i thought it would be alot harder to see through the windows, but then again it is very sunny out...so ill have to see how it is driving in the night....i'll post pics tomorrow to see what you guys think.
