No fault means that each insurance pays for their client's damages. What happens is that your insurance would pay for damages on your G, however, they will in turn get the $ from her insurance company. I'm pretty sure this is what happened when someone backed into my car 2 years back.

Hi Mmagic,

In my case that is what happen. I Was told by my insurance company yesterday that the gurls insurance company admitted fault and will pay for the repairs.

Hey... good news
- that means damage to mods (if any) should be covered.

That is great.
Now phone and make sure you that Accident Protection on your policy so that if something like this happens again you won't have to worry!
