Most Expensive Fillup Yet

I got gas on the way to work this morning and it was the most expensive fillup so far on my 07 Sedan. A whopping $77!

91 octane is $114.5 here in southern NB. It sucks, but what are ya gonna do?

I paid $1.16-something for 91 on the weekend, but it's gone down a couple cents since then.
The most expensive fill for me was outside Quebec City the summer I bought the G - $82.00 for 60 litres @ $1.366.
At that price you could actually fit (counts on fingers... and toes) over $100.00 in the tank.

I never look, it is less painful.

I am considering trading my truck in for something a little less thirsty though.

To give you an idea of our prices in Ontario.

In my town $1.169 Can. per L converts to $3.93 US per US gallon

Just be thankful you're not filling this:

The old beast had an 80l tank and barely managed 17l/100 with a gentle heel.

Dang it, Shane, you stole my thread this morning. I was going to whine about filling up for 64 bucks last night--my most expensive fill to date. I guess I'll count myself lucky that gas is only a buck a litre here (with my handy dandy Safeway discount)...for now.

Do you have an extended cab pickup? It is impossible to put that amount of fuel into a G35, unless you are filling jerry cans as well.

$75 USD @ $2.35/gal is almost 32 US gallons, which is over 123 Litres.

A disturbing side note for us Canadians: $2.35/gal works out to about $0.68/L. Must be nice...

Anyways, I haven't spent less then $70 for a tank for a long time. I'd say the average premium price is $1.25/L in Vancouver.

Are you sure it was $2.35? Cuz even if you got 20 gallons that would be $47
Now if the price would be $3.35 that would be $67 for 20 gallons.

How the hell did you manage to spend $75 on fuel? G's tank is only 20 gal.
Did you pay for everyone at the gas station?
