Finally, this ridiculously long wait is over and it's time to watch some hockey again! Anyone else watching the game tonight?

Go Sens!

You think there won't be any Loaf bashing if the Sens win????

I hope so Deane, I wouldn't want to see the Sens down 2-0 going back to Ottawa. I thought the Sens were going to pull off a win last night, even though they were outplayed. I would happily take a 1-1 split in Anaheim.

It was the Sens's worst game of the playoff and it was the Ducks best game of the playoff, and yet, we almost won. I'm confident we will come back and win game 2.

A BIG part of this series will depend on the Quackers discipline.
If they take penalties like they have in other series, the Sens will murder them.
Notice Sens only goals were on the PP, ....they didn't get a sniff at full strength.

Next game will be a better indicator on how the series will go,
now that the Sens have knocked the barnacles off the hull.

I don't think so...
Sens were murdered in the 3rd period.
They need to get a LOT better, don't sell the Quackers short.

I agree. You made some good points in this and the earlier post. Sens were caught many times in the game, difficulty clearing the puck especially when the Ducks got physical. Sens seemed lucky on numerous occasions too.

They need to really get up for the next game and show the Ducks they mean business.

I meant on the score board. We were totally outplay throughout the game I agree. We were on our heels the whole game. Our worst game of the playoff no doubt. However the final score was still only a 1 goal game.

People are already selling the Sens short after game 1. I say let's wait and let them get back into playoff mode after all the rest they got. We've become the underdog yet again, they've proved us wrong against NJ and Buffalo, I'm sure they will put up a great fight.

Anyone selling them short must be eating too many fruit loops.
This is going to be a kick **** series!
Wouldn't surprise me at all to see it go 7 games with a couple of OT thrillers thrown in

This should be the best cup series in a long time!!
