Looks great Eric. Nice work. RE: the tips - just keep them clean. Every time you wash the car hit them with a light chrome polish (mothers is a good one). If you want to get crazy you can put some wheel sealant on them; it won't melt off and will make them a bit easier to clean.

+1 on that. C'mon now. We know you're busy with the other whip but months since a wash.

Anyways this is what I used depending on the condition of the paint.

Yellow Pad with Menzerna Intensie Polish (only if heavy scratches and swirls)
Orange Pad with Menzerna Final Polish II (Minor Swirls)
White Pad Menzerna Finishing Touch (remove any holograms)
Black pad Menzerna FMJ Paint

Then hand apply Poor Boy (Blue) Carnuba Wax
Then Spray on some Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield
Someone nailed the side of my car pretty good with a shopping cart at home depot last week so I used:

- Menzerna Intense Polish Orange Pad
- Menzerna Finishing Glaze White Pad
- Menzerna FMJ with a White Pad

All of the scratches are gone

Next weekend I'm gonna wash again, apply another cote of FMJ and finish with a coat of P21s.
