Wow, it sounds like your engine liked that oil change as much as you did...

It pays to keep the oil clean...

Wow, Sean, that is good. I've used their oil b4 since it meets the API ratings for our rides....

How hard is it to do your own oil changes if you have ramps?
I guess the big question is how hard is it to get at the oil filter?

i dont think it should be hard if you have ramps...for me it would be hard to do though since im a novice at trying to change oil, but i think the oil filter is on the passenger side tho.

The oil filter is quite easy to change once you get the plastic cover off. The plastic cover has about 10 screws holding it on.

Just did oil change yesterday at Agincourt Infiniti in Scarborough for $39.99. At that price, not sure it's worth going elsewhere! Plus, the service at Agincourt (at least in my experience) is great - i was in and out in 45 minutes.

Next time you get a new car, try to talk the salesman into getting a "synthetic oil package" for lifetime.
I did when I got my car in 2002 and its now costing the dealership $$$$, not me.

I was unaware that ifiniti had deals like that for oil changes. I knew caddilac had deals that, but that was about it. So is there anyway infiniti can still arrange such a thing for fee ofcourse?

Wow, Bill , that is good...........one just has to remember to ask when buying..... ... so much to remember......

The best I"ve been able to do (so far) is 3 free oil changes...(which are dino anyway)......

BB_Sam........that price seems fair for GTA......Around here it's a little less ($34.99) but things are a tad less expensive in Cambridge than GTA.

Colin.

It's a PITA because of the cover. I do my own too but only remove the rear two bolts. It's very hard to do the filter without the cover off but I manage.

It's something I should have. I can't get my battery drill driver underneath to do it.

Rust. No way.
