Just wanted to see the ratio between the G35S and G35X amongst the Canadians.

aawwww I can't vote since I'm neither Canadian nor live in Canada.

I LOVE being at the track so I'd prefer the S.

When I ordered my 07 last year, I contemplated getting the X. In the end, some of the features of the Sport model won me over and I have no regrets going with the Sport.

Your right Garnet i went and saw the G today in person and sky is the difference between the S & X. I think i am in the love with the S, i made my decision and it's going to be final.

If our car was soley for me to drive I might consider the S (if I could keep the standard seats), but, we chose the X with Safety in mind since my wife drives the car on bad roads in the winter. For us it is the perfect choice and we could not be happier.

After driving both and having decided on an automatic (first one in 20 years), I chose the X. The S was nice, but at the time I couldn't justify the extra $ I'd immediately have to spend on a second set of rims and tires for winter. The S was a bit too much on the stiff side for ride as well.

Now that I've had the X for a few months, the arrival of summer, and the novelty of AWD has worn off (until next winter, of course), I think the S may have been the better choice. I certainly could cope with RWD in the winter, coming from a long line of BMWs (last was an E34 M5). No regrets, but perhaps a G37 Coupe in '09.

Interesting discussion. I bought my G at the end of January, and the weather wasn't too bad at that time. Then it went to crap for three months, I had 'all season' tires which are awful in the snow, and was wishing I had sprung for the X. Now that it's warm and dry, I'm loving the sport suspension (03, so not as stiff, I presume, as I have heard to 07's are). For me, I would still look at the X, it would sure be great on snow days. For now I just plan to put good snows on her in the fall and that will probably be fine for a few years. Maybe a 2010 G39x Sedan in 'Gasmic Green.

Hope to see more S's out there.

No particular reason why, except that pretty much every single 05'-06' sedan I see on the road is an X model! I don't think Nissan bothered to allocate any base model cars to Canada, lol.

Well according to the poll 55% of people got the S. Remember if your a family guy most likely your gonna get a X than a S in most cases.
