Enjoy your solo time, Shane, rent a couple of good movies, shine up the G, get a couple things done around the house, especially if they benefit the Mrs, she will appreciate it.

My wife takes the kids to Grandma's house for a few days once every 2-3 months, and I enjoy the solitude but I do miss them after 3-4...umm...hours...

Don't do what I did when my wife went away a few years ago....I went out and bought a Sport Bike......man was she PISSED!

I will be married 2 years this September, and I miss my wife everyday by the time I get home... For those guys that dont have a great one... Good luck cause when you do you miss them when theyre gone. Dont get me wrong, a little down time is nice.

It really is amazing how different the place feels w/o your partner in life;
Especially now Shane with Ava in your life.

Good thing you have Vegas to keep you company.

Yeah, I took the new job and started today actually. BUT, the European vacation is still a go, there's no canceling that puppy!
