I've been going to Willowdale for 3 years now and no real issues. I think Howard has only been there for over a year and an English lady before him.

Got front and back brakes replaced under warranty.

Got my driver side power window motor replaced under warranty.

Got some other minor stuff taken care of as well.

Loaner car is usually available although not very clean.

It's amazing to see how varied the service is there though. I can see some people having issues. I think it has a lot to do with the mechanics as well.

I took my wife's Odyssey to Newmarket Honda cause someone smashed in the rear parking sensor. The mechanic said he needed to run diagnostics, probably more than one sensor needed to be replaced, etc...totalling over $1k. I told the service desk guy, what do you think and he looked at me and rolled his eyes.

So, I searched around the net and found the part in the US for $250 CDN and replaced it myself.

Wow, Willowdale Infiniti, what can l say.... l've purchased 3 infinities from thems, and have nothing good to say about the service deptartment. Sales department is nice, but service sucks. I got the 07 G35X from them last year, (was one of the suckers who order the car in last oct when the dealer didn't even have a show room model) the problem l have with their service is that they treat people like crap. I had a arguement with Karim once, l told him that the front windshield molding on the 07 G35x was coming off, he advise me that it was due to a ice scrapper causing the damage. this is totall BS, since l think even a crap car like a LADA will not have the front windshield molding coming off so easily. Last month l took my car in for service, l asked for a loaner from Karim, he told me that they didn't have a loaner but was willing to drive me to work. Unfortunately the guy who was schedulling the shuttle was arguing with Karim, saying why they didn't lend me a loaner with a couple in the parking lot.... Honestly l like the sales people, but just hate the service. I guess this is the difference between an infiniti and a lexus. At lexus they feel that you are important, but at infiniti they make you fell like crap.

Knowing it's a July post, but I still post some info here.
Easiest way for the first complain is to call the 1.800 #.
Call directly to the Infiniti Manufactor, there should be a phone # on the canadian web site...tell them what happened, and what you are upset for...
Within 1 day, Willowdale manager will call you back and bull for a few minute.
That's what I did for my clutch problem last time (3 month haven't been fixed) and they fix'ed right after the complain was made.
Of course, you will be badlisted in the dealer and all you will be getting after that is a good customer service.

Hey KccBaby, been there done that... the customer service at Infiniti listen to my complain for almost 20mins, and say that there is nothing that they can do. They must rely to the dealer's diagonisis and can't deal with each case individually. Oh did l mention that Karim said that they serviced over 100 new G's and l was the only person to have this problem about the windshield molding during the winter time. I then reminded him that according to sales, they did not sell more than 30 2007 G's. at winter time, since it was so short in demand. Well i guess that Willowdale infiniti is doing something right to attract all the excess 70+ service from other dealers. The guy is a joke...

I am never going there again...the karim guy is a condensending *****....since when do service advisors talk down to upper model vehicle customers? If I take my families BMW into service, I will get treated like a KING, nice seating area, Plasma TVs, coffee donuts whatever. I used to be a toyota guy, richmond hill TOYOTA had great service open to midnight with everything BMW has and a play area for kids...thats what keeps people coming back. Going from that to Willowdale Infiniti is not easy, North western toronto needs another infiniti dealership.

Good to hear that others have had similar poor experience with Willowdale Infiniti. I had the same experience with being charged for them doing nothing.

Switched to Infiniti of Yorkville and have been quite happy.
