Saved the down payment

Hey Guys,
Im really happy today cuz i onces said im going to save and buy a condo, Well My hard work paidd off I been working 12-14 hr shifts and managed to save 25% down.....i think i should go spend $100 at the casino..havent been there for a longggggggggggggesttt time..lolll...
Or maybe just save that $100...loll..

Congrats man. Thats a huge step in purchasing a new home. I'd say it's the hardest thing next to the tons of paperwork you have to go over. I'd say spend 50.00 at the casino...who know's you might get lucky!

As Deane said above , I think it wise just to stay away from the Casino (You know why ) Just enjoy a nice evening out to celebrate

hey i work the mortgage area, just to let you know, you only need 20% to avoid cmhc premiums, but watch out for legal, realtor and moving fees
