Saved the down payment
Hey Guys,
Im really happy today cuz i onces said im going to save and buy a condo, Well My hard work paidd off
I been working 12-14 hr shifts and managed to save 25% down.....i think i should go spend $100 at the casino..havent been there for a longggggggggggggesttt time..lolll...
Or maybe just save that $100...loll..

Congrats man. Thats a huge step in purchasing a new home. I'd say it's the hardest thing next to the tons of paperwork you have to go over. I'd say spend 50.00 at the casino...who know's you might get lucky!
