volk vendors in the west

volk vendors in the west

I'm shopping around for volks, looking for a decent price and i was wondering if anyone knows of any volk dealers in western canada, Ive only come across NFC and Tunerworks so far.

FWIW... You'll get your best deal by importing from the US.
especially with the dollar almost at par.

I talked to t00ner works and Big wheels in Calgary(I think Big wheels closed shop) before buying from F1 motorsports. It was cheaper and they had them in stock, t00ner works was a 3month wait(its close to winter so that may not matter at this point) the up side t00ner works only needed a deposit so not all $$$ is required up front. If buying from the US be prepaired for a $800 charge at the boarder(thats what they dinged me for my Volk GT-S) Duty, GST and Brokerage.

yeah, the main problem importing is the fees plus they must be jacked up right now because of the ex. rate, so in the end did you end up paying more than what TW was asking?

JRP in mississauga also sells volks, but I hear they are a bit pricey though.

ah that sucks... his website is gone. i bought my winter tire package from him. does any one know if he's opened anything else up? i remember at the time that he had issues with the company he was working for. he seemed like a good guy.

I still got them cheaper than TW by about $1000 with tires included. They were here in a week that was nice.
