Toronto International Autoshow
I went on the opening day of the show, surprisingly there were not too many people there. I really didn't think that this years show was as good as last years....the highlight of the show for me was the m45 and the F430. I really was also disappointed with the lexus booth, it was "cheap" compared to bmw's and mercedes, even toyota's display was more elaborate than the lexus display..
Brain freeze on checking the dates...
But you know what...the posts still apply to this years show...how trippy is that!
My pics are on the way but I'm waiting to find a Gialla Grill and Clear corners before I serve up the pics. You know a spot (for the grill)?

Curiously, comments ref too many people. I went this past weekend, and the crowds really detracted from the show. I'm not sure that numbers are the problem. The layout was not the best, which created log jams everywhere. Stick Porsche and Ferrari in the corner, and guess what- nobody moves, since there is only one side of the display to gawk at the GT and the 430. In Detroit, both this year and last, people could behold these cars from at least 3 sides (four the the GT), in rotating displays. I can't imagine Detroit having less people, the venue is smaller, and yet, the whole thing seemed less congested.
Again, we were able to see some cool cars closer than Detroit (good), were treated like second class citizens (many top cars not shown by manufacturers; no important world introductions)(bad), and for reasons I can't explain, not allowed to sit in cars that we sat in in Detroit (bad)??? However, for anyone such as myself buying a Nissan or Infiniti in the next month, respectively a $500/$700 dollar/ security deposit waiver coupon was handed out to anyone who asked at the booths. My wife and are are landing both in the next month (an X-Trail for kayaking/camping, as well as the 6MT G to replace my 03), so it represents between $1200 and 2 grand for 10 minutes work (really good).
