Just ordered my winters from TireRack, wish me luck

Ordered a set of Blizzak WS-60s for the see-dan. I have some stock sport wheels I bought about 5 months ago from AFour (Keith). We'll see how this all works out. Tires are $550 shipped as opposed to about $900 to buy local (before mount/balance/install). Will cost me a little for tax and $100 to get all mount/balanced/installed. I'd rather give the local guys my business but it'll cost me a few hundred to do that, so

I'll let you know how it goes!

Anybody here used the LM-22's before? I'm in Toronto, not sure if they'll be ok or if I should go with WS-60's, since the LM-22's are considered "performance" winter tires meaning I guess they don't handle the heavy stuff as well.

Newp. Tried Bargain Finder and such, too. Odd size so hard to find outside of the G35 community.

Yes Sir, you should be extremely happy with the Blizzaks I am on my second vehicle using WS-50s and they can't be beat for snow and ice performance. I paid just over $800 for mine locally last year installed and balanced.

Yeah, we got heavy rain here pretty much all day, then the sun came out about an hour ago. Gotta love the temps lately.

in all reality.. how much 'heavy stuff' do we ever get? i've got pirelli 210's which are considered winter sports and i've never had a problem handling the snow.
