Just checked TireRack for winter tires and they recommend 215/55-17 with 225/55-17 (which my 07 G35x came with) as an alternate. I guess the narrower tire would be better in the snow but without changing the aspect ratio won't that throw off the speedo/odom?

Thanks guys, I'll see if I can get some tomorrow. BTW I picked up 9.45L of -45 Windshield washer with detergent at crappy tire for 6 bucks. Needed dog food. I can never get out of that store without more than I came in to get. Go figure. I'm lucky they never have a sale on left hand screws or bottom headed nails.

Yes your speedo will be off by 1.6% with the 215 tires which isn't too bad.
I prefer the 225/55/17 tires myself.

They have a $20 off coupon for purchases over $40. Very hard buying from CT, cause everything is crap, but at 50% I can't complain. Bought Mothers Detailing Bar and some Gold Class Wax. Will probably make another trip to pick up some other crappy car products as well.

On a side note my Wintersports came yesterday . Getting mounted and installed this Saturday. Sad part is there is STILL no snow on the roads. It is looking like a dry year for Winnipeg.

Yeah, I think I'll go with the 225's as well. Thanks for the reply.

LOL Sam.

Maybe it's a Halifax thing but on my last trip to CT I bought some of those bottom headed nails when I was there to get the halogen light stands on sale.

yeah, I have one for $10 off purchases of $50+

50% off sounds pretty unusual.

Here you guys go, only limit is 1 per day & you need to use your Canadian Tire card but great deal overall, so limit the crap you buy to $40 bucks and come back multiple times and save alot of $$.

My work PC is kinda messed up, so you guys wil need to follow that link, and from there, go to Canadian Tire to print out the coupon.

Thanks. I'm out since I don't have a CT card. Maybe I misread it but thought it said 1 time only. It ends this Sunday.

No worries. Enjoy 25% off crappy products!

I haven't personally had the time to go more then once, but people on RFD have went every day and have had no hassles. So I think I am in the clear to make another purchase tommorow with the $20 off coupon.
