I was just at downtown infiniti the other day to print out my service records. The receptionist at first said I'm not allowed to do that. I told her why I should be able to access them. Later she talked to one of the service guys and acknowledged that she was wrong.

Looks like they are still doing some reno here and there. The lot is unfinished and is just frozen mud hole. I haven't done any work there so I can't comment on their actual service.

But from what I observed, you might receive a snobby service if you are not perceived well from the beginning.

I was thinking of getting my diff and tranny fluids done there but why take my out of warranty G there and risk it while I can go to Simone's.

Let me know if my initial observation was false.

 

Markham Infiniti is the worst!!..

I was told i dont have any warranty even on asking..

just bought a used 07 infiniti coupe early august.. went there first thing to get an oil change and get the car checked out. I am actually going to talk to corporate about them.

Went to Alta after.. had some issues there too.. but in process of getting them resolved. Having the clicking sound. Had to pay them until i found out i still had powertrain warranty till next year . Service manager at Alta is helping resolve the discrepancy.. will update on proceedings. Had a little argument but if they can resolve it. Alta is where i will stick to for all maintenance.
