IDK if there's anything besides Adirondacks in between to save driving in both directions

....17"wheels & 50 aspect tires for the roads you'd find in Newf.

LOL... IDK how good/bad they really are.
I know I'm in no hurry to see roads again, like the interior of the Gaspe that I experienced last year.

I think if I was to do Newfie... I'd fly & rent

That is what Karen and I planned to do when we go to Newfie, Fly, car rental and B&B's.
My one rim still has battle scars from the logging road into that Park

LOL, I got it right away.

Yeah, you're probably right about the roads in Newfoundland. I don't recall any problems when I was there years ago but I was running on 15's with 50 series.

yes they are however few people mean few dollars on road construction, maintenance and the cold winters plays havoc with frost heaves.
