^so true.

Now back OT.....I only put dino in mine for storage and didn't bother with the filter. Both of those will get changed first thing in April.

What do you guys use for oil filter? OEM or Aftermarket and why?

FWIW, I'll use what Mr. Lube says is their OEM nissan/infiniti filter. However, I did purchase 4 from Infiniti ($10) as I also bought 4 x 5.4L Mobile 1 synth. when they were on special at Crappy Tire. Mr. Lube charges me $30 to put in my own oil and filter.
I hope to do my own oil changes one day, and even send samples away to check the condition of my engine.

They sell 5.4L at crappytire? I thought the most was 4.4L....I've been thinking about doing my own oil change too, getting to know my car a little bit more.

Do you use 5W or 10W grade? I've been using 5W for winter and thinking about using 10W for the summer.

It was a special. 4.4 jug and a free l taped on.
I used 0W for the winter ( waste, cuz I drove beater from Dec. to end of April.
Maybe we should hold a " Simple Maintenance Meet" over the summer?
( Simple for Simpletons )
