If I made office coffee to my taste, there would be a mutiny or a bloody coup. My personal office coffee setup:

The Nabob stuff is pretty good...

I'm too frugal to regularly buy coffee at a place like Tim's let alone Starbucks so it's pretty rare I would "roll up the rim".
I might buy 2-3 coffees a year although we'll usually have a pot brewing on the weekend mornings at home.

Workdays I leave for the office as soon as I'm dressed and pick up an XL black at Tim's in the lobby of my building (how handy is that?) on the way in.
The in-house coffee service on my floor uses Starbuck's House Blend and I normally drink that for the rest of the day - it doesn't suck, and it's free.
I don't mind instant, but it's far from my favorite. I've just got used to drinking it at work. I worked it out quite sometime ago that if I bought two medium timmies a day, it would cost me over $600 a year. Id' rather sink that $600 into a trip.

Ouch, I never figured it out before. That's mucho moola. You could buy 16 cases of brown pop with the savings .
Glad I only purchase a couple of medium Tims a week.

I buy the giganto-can of Timmies at Sobey's and brew my own go-cup for the drive to work. There we have some decent local grinds, and I'll usually drink one more cup, maybe two during the morning. But yeah, buying one or more THD's or worse, a Starbuck's every day can really add up!! But if I do go to Timmie's, it's usually an XL 3/3. Yeah, cuz I'm not sweet enough.

I wait until I get to work for my coffee.
I usually roll in about 7 & our office mgr already has the 1st pot brewed & waiting for me.
..usually have about 6 mugs in the morning, but only one or two sips from each b4 it's stone cold.
Maybe 1 cup total is about all I drink, but I do enjoy it.

FWIW There was a story a while back that Tims actually impregnated the cup material with caffiene that would migrate back into the coffee as time passed, because there were rules about the amount of caffiene that could be in coffee?
Love your un roller. I could use that on the 30 Tims I buy a year. Usually half while the contest is on.

Aha, so I've finally nailed down your b-day present Ian. A large jar of instant coffee and the biggest bag of dulse I can find.

Good point. We just let them pass by unnoticed in this household.
