You may be right, Christian, but I couldn't stand looking under/through that giant crack any longer.

Oh, you got one of these, too?? I have to say, I didn't appreciate how badly pitted my old 'shield was til I looked through the new one. I can actually see where I'm going now. Good news for other drivers.

Hey I just posted saying I got the same thing, someone posted this referral

Warren
High Tech Auto Glass
416 558 8629
24 Leith Hill Road, Unit 1702 Toronto, Ontario

He's a mobile service and comes straight to you!!

He just replaced my whole windshield, 2003 G35 Coupe, for guess how much, $240!!! I couldn't believe either folks but it's true and it seems pretty good right now.

He uses aftermarket windshield but it has the exact same dot matrix on the sides and has the stock blue tint/sunshade on the top.

Awesome thanks, did the Lincoln have problems with it all? Just can't figure out how a guy can have half the cost of regular places, I guess he's mobile so no store front costs but still........ I think the main thing is he doesn't use OEM windshields and he did say it was from China, eeekkk... but he said it was super good quality...... ahh well i'll take my chances, $240 can't go wrong and i always drive highway so i'll probably get another stone chip soon.....

thanks for the lead

A lot of people in Alberta drive with cracked windshield. It is normal but if you got the cash do it.

It is hard to avoid small rocks on the highway so I avoid driving behind people and stay far away from big trucks.
