A overdue "Hello" and looking for an alternative to Simone Performance?

Hey guys!!

It's been a while! Missed you guys! I can't wait till Spring officially kicks in so I can get G repainted, front and rear bumper! My poor baby had a rough 2007.

Long story short, got rear ended last year and my rear bumper is all scuffed and misaligned. Front lower valance / bumper is a little mashed up and misaligned (the only day I swapped cars with a family member to drive, she curbed it )

Now this is a different issue. OK, I know you guys recommend Vic @ Simone quite a bit. I spoke to him on the phone today, and he seems like a great guy. Unfortunately his schedule is busy as heck and I'm looking to get my wheel alignment done ASAP. My toe is quite off.

Anyone have any recommendations as to another shop that they trust their G to?

Hey there.. welcome back.

Last year I went through several "recommended" alignment shops trying to get my M Roady set up the way I want it.

Vic was the last one I tried....
Simply put.... he is the ONLY person that will touch my car.
He did an amazing job, the handling difference before & after was like day & night.
With alignment, it's not just the equipment;
it's the technician using the equipment that makes the difference.

IMO, I STRONGLY urge you to wait for an appointment with Vic!!!

Actually Simone's alignment's a bit overpriced. Now now, He's the only person to touch my car on stuff I CAN'T due and stuff that have exceptions like Alignment.

I recommend "Vincent's Auto Service" on Heritage Road. Can't beat $80 for a 4 wheel laser alignment. Never had a problem, and he even fixed the alignment problem on my car that the other shop couldn't do which btw cost me $115.

Tried to Canada411 and Google them ... no dice! What's their phone number?

I wanna give them a call and speak to them before I make a decision.

Bro, you know how picky I can be with my car, and I would still recommend Vic.

I know that his schedule can get a bit tight sometime, if you really work anything out with him, I would recommend you to just go to a stealership and get the alignment done.

As of pricing, Vic is definitely not the cheapest, and have rates that is comparable to dealership. However, I have still insisted to drive 1 hour up every time from DT to go there and service my car, since I know that they will get things done RIGHT, THE FIRST TIME, and CONSISTENTLY.

I sound like I am selling for them... but.. they have consistently been doing great work on my car and often went the extra mile to ensure that their customers are happy. If you have used their service, you would understand why I am like this!

1 quick example:

I got my front BBK installed there (if you have bleeded any BBK before, you would know how hard they are to get all the bubbles out). After the first bleed, the tech took it out for a drive and was not too happpy because of the soft pedal feel, he took everything back off and rebleed the whole front system 3 more times to ensure that there is no bubble inside the system and that the pedal feel is acceptable. (while they could have easily told me that because of the BBK, I need a larger master cylinder to restore the pedal feel...)
