Spotted G35, Street Racing Law

This past Saturday at about 11:45am. Westbound on the 407. Red Coupe, bronze rims.

2 OPP cars, no other cars. G35 look in good condition, no visible damage.

The G was being hoisted up on the tow truck.

...obviously I am making a huge assumption. Probably because I easily do 140km/h on the 407 and could easily slip to 150+ if I was not paying attention.

Wow, I hope he was only broken down and had to leave the car there.......

Keep your guard up guys and gals out there......ONe little moment of inattention or a quick fly by to pass someone could be disaster if 5-0 is watching.

That law has to go! Lets just go back to treating speeders like speeders and apply a more severe punishment to street racers. JMO

i was travelling from markham to brampton (and back) on the 407 that day and saw at least 6 different OPP cruisers on setup or handing out tickets.

See, I never got that... Admittedly, the G is stock, but my S13 wasn't, I live in Woodbridge, and go to CG a lot and never got hassled. Maybe it's cause I'm white

Surely you're not implying that Toronto's finest are racist or subscribe to racial profiling . Tell me it ain't so . I'm sure you just meant, since you are pushing the Ivory Pearl White, right?

But Five-Oh is cracking down, without a doubt. On my drive into the city I usually drive through three speed traps all on the same day between Mississauga and Toronto. That's not to mention the "pace car" officers that are on the roads/highways.

On the flipside, the street racing law seems to be making an impact and rightfully so. These things take time and hopefully it serves some interest of the greater good!
