He looked baffled, went to "talk to someone", came back and said I was correct and they had not replaced it. I then asked him how many people had been charged for the phantom service. He had no response. Another time he tried to charge me for a bottle of washer fluid, but I had just filled it up that morning. I tore another strip off him for that one too...
Try Autowest in the Richmond Automall. They have been great so far, they are relatively new and are looking to build a client list. They did a bunch of warranty work for me after my first visit: new transmission & clutch and a few other items. (this was work that Morrey said was not cause for concern and they would not cover the warranty)

Anyways, Reg told me that the radiator fan and motor had to be replaced for +$1000. I argued that 1) the warranty had just expired, 2) I had just paid $90 for full inspection, and 3) the rad was replaced under warranty by Morrey 2 mts ago. They said talk to Morrey. I talked with them they said talk to Infiniti Canada, then I was referred to Inf NA, then again to Inf Canada, then back to Morrey,... This cycle continued for 2 freakin' weeks until I really got pissed and went straight to Morrey service mgr (Dan) and explained everything to him. He said he'll have to talk to his rep and will let me know of the out come within 5 bus days. I called him after 4 days to get an update and this is what I was told: "I am doing you a favor and I would appreciate it if you stopped calling my office every day." How ******* rude can you get??? That was my first time calling him, and it was my right to get an update. Anyways, long story short he didn't call back and when I eventually called him up he said that they can't do anything because the warranty was expired.
Did I mention that my headlights were never replaced? Yeah... so STAY THE HELL AWAY and spread the word please!!! These guys don't deserve to represent Infiniti.
p.s> when I did the full inspection they said my front pads had only 2 mm left. Later on I inspected them myself and found out that they had at least 3.5 mm on them.
p.s 2> last year they replaced my Mercedes' cracked windshield and did a REALLY crappy job. Sealing was terrible and the interior was a mess.
^ why am i not suprised by your story. they are the worst dealer i have dealt with.
terrible story. you should check your receipt from the rad replacement. every repair work i have ever had done at a dealer always comes with a 1 year warranty on parts, but not necessarily labour.
even if your infiniti bumper to bumper warranty has elapsed, the rad replacement warranty should be good for 1 year. check it out...
all we can do is spread the gospel and hope that declining business forces Morrey to change their policies...

I'm SURE the 2nd overheating was a result of poor service and specifically on the day I did the inspection I bet that they fcuked things up on purpose.
