I just want to see how many people are unhappy with their stealers. Name the company and tell about your experience so far.

Mine has been Morrey (in Port Coquitlam, BC) and all I can say about them is STAY THE HECK AWAY. Regency in North Van seems better.

I have never been happy with any dealership, period. Con artists are what the majority of them are. I tend to buy my parts online, and install them myself for the most part.

As far as Dealerships go, I have been satisfied with Guelph Infiniti.

The rate is not really a factor since we're comparing dealers and dealers charge more than indies anyway -supposedly for an OEM service. It's the quality of job and service that matters. Morrey's service is absolutely crap; the wait time, the quality of work, public relations, etc. I have lengthy stories about them...

Morrey is terrible. I remember dealing with one of their moron service reps, Justin I think. He tried to sell on all kinds of BS. One time he said they had replaced my fuel filter "like they always do" during a routine service. I told him that the filter is a NON-SERVICE item, as stipulated in the manual. He looked baffled, went to "talk to someone", came back and said I was correct and they had not replaced it. I then asked him how many people had been charged for the phantom service. He had no response. Another time he tried to charge me for a bottle of washer fluid, but I had just filled it up that morning. I tore another strip off him for that one too...

Try Autowest in the Richmond Automall. They have been great so far, they are relatively new and are looking to build a client list. They did a bunch of warranty work for me after my first visit: new transmission & clutch and a few other items. (this was work that Morrey said was not cause for concern and they would not cover the warranty)

+1, I've been VERY satisfied with O'Regan's in Halifax....they've actually exceeded my expectations. It's a good thing too Deane, because like you mentioned, our next closest Dealership is over 800 KMs away.
