Retrofitted 05 Steering wheel controls on my 03 coupe - they light up!!

So I managed to get this done and did a DIY. This is a great mod for us 03-04 guys who's steering wheel controls don't light up. Looks way better.

You should paint your headlights black, I finally did that and changed my own oil. It was so easy.

EDIT: How hard was it to re-wire the 06 projectors?

The 06 projectors plug right in.

Not in Canada, you have to do some re-wiring for the daytime running lights and the signal lights.

Not hard, but time consuming and a bit teadious. In the end, well worth it. Post pics of your lights!!

For the Steering wheel controls is was about $58 US. That was the only real part I needed. The rest was a bit of wire and some solder. The tools I already had.
