Where are you guys in Canada buying this mystery penetration fluid from? Crappy tire? What is the actual name? I know I will need this stuff when it comes time to do the work. Or would WD40 suffice?

I then removed the bolt then let the jack down slowly to remove the spring tention and reverse the procedure for the install. For the fronts remove the spring retaining plate bolt (the bolt in the centre on top of the strut) when its in the car or you will need a compressor or air tools to get it off once the assembly is out of the car.

Edit: you asked how they are at the track? They are a little soft for the track due to the rear springs being progressive. I have hear of guys that track their car lots swaping out to Eibachs of H&R rear springs to stiffen it up a bit.

I haven't done mine yet, but I'll be doing them relatively soon, I just need to set aside a weekend and do them. I intend to fully document it with pictures and post it up on here, because all the guides I've seen were for shock & spring, not coilovers. I'll be using a digital caliper to adjust the ride height.
i just did mine last night. 4.5 hrs after the spring compressors were acting up. we did have air tools which helped. the backs took 1 hr total, the fronts were more trouble as most people say...
