One muffler in each application, but one large outlet on the new system as opposed to 2 smaller ones on the OEM.

Nice you've got so much confidence in me, Sam, but Naah.....without a lift it would be a biotch of a job - one which my old bones wouldn't enjoy......

By all accounts, it's not much more than putting together a jigsaw puzzle, so I'd love to do it....but alas, I'll spend the extra $100 and give someone else the joy.

I know some exhaust gurus down in Paris who I'll hire for their expertise. They worked on my M so I trust them to do a decent job, and they've also got all the equipment necessary for any 'contingency' (as in fuss-up ).

I'll post up pics of course when she's done, but it won't be until March at the earliest..So I'll have it in the front living room to admire all winter.....
haha, something tells me Marg won't be happy about that and I'll have to find room in the basement (where a lot of my stuff is ending up)....

Thanks, Tim. Yes I've had a nice car or 2 but the F is the best so far.
I figure with a few ammenities this spring I won't get 'antsy' for anything else.

Cheers

The new system will retain the OEM look which one either loves or hates......I find it a bit quirky at worst so it doesn't bother me ......
If there is ever a replacement come up, I'd have to consider it but it would have to be something really good.

You're right about the exhaust lookin' good tho. The OEM looks junky by comparison, not to mention much more restrictive.
The new one should look nice tho with a stout tag of $1299 USD Group Buy price.. Regular price is $1599 USD!!!!

Even at that price it's still cheaper than getting bored and trading cars again.

Great looking system Colin. With the specs you mentioned it looks like a really worthwhile mod and I'm sure the sound is sweet too.

..........AAAh the sound, Deane.: Just loud enough to keep the heart beating and not obtrusive enough to make you forget you're driving a Lex.....

Here's some clips to whet your appetite:

Enjoy
