.. so nah. If I get one, it'll be fresh off the boat (without any 'computer starts')

That colour is the one tho. To me, the red looks the best on that car.

I agree, an absolute must with this car.

Ooooo, mods coming to the 'F'; I look forward to hearing more
BTW.... I still want a ride in your 'F' beastie in the spring.

^you beat me to it Ian. I agree on the "fresh" part. With all the controversy over the drive train issues that becomes even more important.

Colin, good answer. Quit teasing us with the "mods" statement.......

I look forward to showing you the 'F'.... Altho it's big (some 3800lbs) it's fairly agile and I'm sure you'll be somewhat impressed.

The mods are exhaust (true dual) from a Lex/Toy dealer in Cali., carbon fiber pillars from Jason Burtman in Florida again - same as on the M) , intake, etc etc....Still not much available, but trickling in slowly.

Roll on Spring (after Christmas of course)...

Ahh, That's easy: the hi-flow replacement mufflers have the indentical outlets to snug up (but not touch) to the dress tips that we can see.

Not sure if you can view this thread or not-- let me know and I'll get the pics posted, but you can see the whole settup here ... There are a few pics at the end of the thread which show the very rear section fairly well.

More laters. Margaret awaits ......

Deane. There's also work underway for a mod to the ECU done by a reputable co. in Cali. Altho quite expensive, it does look hopeful and good, and is far more than just a reflash or piggyback system. More soon.

EDIT:

Here's a few pics in case you can't access:

It looks nice but not cheap: The G/B price is $1300USD!

not cheap, but that's pretty good for a dual cat back.
.... I'm to tell you what I paid for the SuperSprint system on the Z4M.

Got the Carbon Fiber B&C Pillars from Burton Industries again, same as the ones I had on the M, and also ordered a new True Dual exhaust (PTS - JoeZ version) out of Cali.....Should arrive within a weeks or 2...

(carbon fiber pillars say for the IS250/350 but they are identical to the IS-F's)

Here's a few pics :
