My 07 g35x needs a new valve body and the tcm reprogrammed. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment and they told me they don’t have the software to reprogram my car. How don’t they have it and what are my options?

 

Dealers suck for anything other than warranty work. They probably just don't want to touch old cars that they think are going to be problematic after they work on it.

 

Talk to @seymore4 He might know what to do.

I recently had a trans replaced and they told me to go to Infiniti to get it flashed. I went up there and they have no programs available apparently. I called the dealer in the next city, the first person I talked to stayed something about the tcm. The next time I called I got “you can’t reprogram” from both dealerships. I don’t know what is correct anymore

 

Get a laptop with Win10 or Win11 22H2, buy a VXDiag VCX SE for Nissan, download Consult 3+ software and do it yourself. You can download the TCM file from various sites or make a account for 1 day at $30.
