G35 condenser Ac line leak popped when filled with freon

Had a shop drain the air and fill with freon and the top line popped off (i replaced radiator months ago just never used ac) im sure i put them together correctly the bottom one went in smooth the top i had to kind of bend to get it in and to be honest it wasnt butter smooth like the bottom i filled with ac at home and when i put in a little freon the gauge slowly goes down and greasy freon shows up around the connect point of the top line the oring is good even replaced it what can be a more secure way of connecting this together so it wont pop again on me

Few things; Bad o-rings, out of round fitting, wrong size fitting, broken retaining spring or wrong size. Is it a OEM radiator? If not, then probably has a faulty fitting.

its the double pass radiator from z1 its not the factory one ,what could i do to make sure it stays together? I compared it with oem and the fitting is literally the exact same size

Well, first step is to replace the o-rings and locking springs. They might look good but should be replaced every time the AC system is being serviced. Silly question but did you check if the condenser fitting is not blocked in any way with anything like a plastic cap? It happened to me, i forgot to remove the clear plastic cap and pushed it inside the fitting. I fished it out and it was fine after that.. Otherwise, it's either the AC hose fitting that's bent or the condenser fitting that's bad. They might look fine to human eye..

what are the locking springs? I already replaced the oring but i am still having small leak at that connection (when i add small freon gauge slowly goes down) im assuming it pops off because its already not fully connected there so it just pops off with pressure my assumption but what could i do to fully lock this in i do not feel like taking the bumper off again lmao consender fitting? Im sure i removed any excess parts but i will double check

It's the spring inside the AC line fitting, it locks the line onto the port on the condenser. If that spring is damaged and/or missing, then the AC line will not stay latched onto the condenser fitting.
Remove the airbox, unscrew the line bracket bolt and pull the line out. If it comes out, look inside the collar for the spring. If it's inside, then the line must be pushed inside the fitting until the spring clicks. I use AC compressor oil to lube the o-rings before assembly as dry o-rings tend to curl and cut.
