So i call Dixie Infiniti, and checked if it was still under warranty.
Apparently the weather strip, is only covered under the warranty for up to 20k, i myself have 42k on my 06 G.
has anyone run into this problem.... or is this BS from the Dealership..???

No but I haven't tried getting my leak fixed at the stealer. It doesn't surprise me it isn't considered a warranty item beyond 12 months 20K.
If it's only a drop or two when going through the high pressure wash I wouldn't worry unless you want to pony up for a "possible" fix.
