Heck Colin, Karen and I took a drive down to Guelph today to get some work done to the G. While that was being done we drove around to the Malls to get some last minute shopping done.
I love driving the G in that stuff

haha, Wayne....I was driving around quite a bit too but not having much fun doing it.

The front drive Focus with all seasons just doesn't cut it.....

The next 'taxi service' vehicle we lease is going to be a '4 wheeler'...

Glad to hear you're home safe and sound.....
I hope everyone else made it home in good shape too....

It wasn't too bad, I'd say we had around 8-10" in the driveway when we got home tonight.

Colin we had a real awakening in Guelph today. I was driving down the Hanlon in this loaner Altima with All Seasons on it. Karen said she has never been so scared driving in the snow. We could hardly move, then when we did get moving we were all over the place .I got stuck in the parking lots a couple of times. It was such a relief to get the X back. We would still be there if we were in that Alty.
We followed a snow plow from Guelph to Fergus, then we made great time after that on the snow covered roads back to Kincardine. Only a 2 hour trip home, which was pretty darn good time.

The bummer part of the trip: the Dealer didn't fix what we went for At least K got some shopping done.

I had a great day - 4 hours of tobogganing with 10 of my friends. My knees are killing me from the multiple times I flipped over while standing on my toboggan going downhill hehe. After the second snow storm blows over, we are building an igloo. My cousins and I built one a few years ago and it was so much fun. Gotta love snow!

yeah', after yesterday about as much as my last cold......

I'm grumpy this morning since the plow went by in the night and I didn't hear it....-- Shovelling Ice boulders is not my favourite pastime at 5am

J/K bro, I'm glad someone gets a kick out of this stuff -
A couple of hot toddies are all you need for those sore knees....

Colin.

We got a good bit as well, but not anywhere near 20cm.
.... a couple of nice drifts in the driveway though.

I got up early this a.m.to blow it out before it was too soft for the blower.

It was truly a big blow. Sustained winds of 75 gusting to 105 kmph along with snow. The second floor of my house was shaking. The top 12' or so of a maple tree broke off and is resting next to my shed in the back yard. It appears it somehow missed damaging the shed.

It's been much colder here than normal although that is changing right now at +3 raining and warming. We're headed for +10 tonight and tomorrow and +11 on Sunday with rain both days so expect the snow we have down to go.
