MOD-DAY Roof Wrap...........

lol... she had just rolled out of the install shop & isn't that clean now.
I checked out local touchless washes last night & found one just up the street from the shop.
I ran it through a wash before I got there,
because I could just see the scratches from the installers rubbing up against a dirty car.

Thanks guys.... I'm loving this mod.
I love the contrast with the silver & the way it helps disguise the sunroof.
I had the work done by Mark at 3M Trimline on Dixie in Mississauga.
& after watching the install, I'm really happy I went that way.
The vinyl is a heavier product that's used for doing full vehicle wraps.
I love that it comes in large roll widths so that it dosn't have to be done in 2 pieces.
Here's a few pics of Mark & Brooks at work.....
(sorry for some out of focus)
roof prepped & backing peeled off...

final finishing, tucking the edges...

They even added an extra detail strip on the inside of the sunroof that overlapped the roof portion.
This is to prevent the sunroof pushing up the edge as it closes.![](https://g35driver.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif)
