Anyone in the 604 install a DVD player in their G?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone in the Vancouver area has added a DVD player in the form of either a double DIN or tvandnav2go using the factory navi screen. If so, where did you get it done? Looking for a shop that has already had experience working on a g35. Talked to a couple of places who havent done it before, and I am bound to break something if I attempt to install myself.

Thanks in advance!

it's a 604 forum, and many g35 350z drivers are on it.

Give Z-Tune a try, I'm positive they would be more than able to do it without damaging anything. They recently did a NAV/DVD conversion on a 2009 Murano. Check them out at ztune.ca.

Thanks reid, I'll definitely check them out! Didn't know they did that kind of stuff, thought it was all performance.

G-Ride - lucky you, Kelowna sure is a beautiful place. Gotta try and make it back up there this summer!

YIKES. Z-tune found me a local installer that can do it, but what i want would cost about 1500 bucks! I think im gonna just attempt to do it myself. Most of it is plug and play, so hopefully it goes alright.
I'm going to install a HDD media player in my center console to play movies/mp3s as well as a reverse camera. Ordering everything this weekend. Wish me luck!
