Could be worse....it was joked this morning on sports radio that the Islanders would be watching again this year when even the Mets made the NHL playoffs

Actually the Islanders have a 51% chance of getting the first overall pick this year. So they are better off than the leafs. I think they will have a francise player for the first time since Bossy.
