Eh guys, just want to know if anyone else with a 2003 G35 is having this problem with there GPS... It is saying something like the cd is wrong or something like that... Then I will get a CD erorr as well...

I would think it's one of two problems.
Either the disk is bad or the unit isn't reading it properly.

Is there anyone that you can swap disks with?
That would tell you if its disk or hardware related.

 

Mines just did that error last weekend...the map works...but I can't get directions.

 

I am sure that it was working 2 weeks ago... Just tried to use it back on wed and it was saying some error thing about the disk etc... Thought that maybe something has been updated and the cd is outdated now... Thanks InTgr8r I am going to try and find someone with maybe a 05 and up and see if it works... Is there anyone in here that lives in Mississauga area around the Dixi mall area or Shirway...?

I had an updated disk in mines...I don't remember the version..but would I have to re-install the maps if I disconnected my battery to install my spacer? would that have anything to do with it? Thanks
