painted headlights???
i been waiting to get this done but im too scared to make it a DIY i was wondering if anybody can point me in the direction of somebody that they dealt with first hand or know of a place that knows how to do this??? any info would be alot of help thanks
it is very easy. I have done it on my headlamps. all you need is a screwdriver and heat gun. there are three screws holding the lense in. the rest is urethane. remove the screws and than heat the urethane. the more heat the better, but dont melt the plastic. once you heat the urethane enough just slowly separate the lense form headlamp.

The place that had the Car show last weekend "Rockstar Motorsports" does that, I'm not sure what the price is but he had 3 makes of headlights that he was working on. He has been doing this for a while and no complaints so far. Let me know if you want the number, the shop is located in Cambridge.
